A Glimpse of Hope

Dear Reader,

In first grade I remember reading a couple stories about children with special needs. Since then, I have had an interest in learning more about people with special needs.

Even though I didn’t realize it at the time, Maggie was the first person I met who had some special needs. But that didn’t make our friendship any less.

While in High school I went to Joni and Friends as a Short-Term Missionary (STM). At Joni and Friends, I got to spend time learning from those with special needs.

It was around this time I felt God telling me to help orphans with special needs.

From that time up until today I’ve had a passion to give hope to these children.
